Do I need a 3D printer to order?
No. We deliver the digital file. You can print it yourself, use a friend's printer, or send it to a local or online print service like Craftcloud or Shapeways.
What if I only have a rough idea, not a clear reference?
That's fine — just describe it in words. We'll ask a few questions and help you develop the concept. Many of our best orders started as a vague idea.
How much does it cost?
It depends on complexity and size. We give you a clear quote before anything starts — no surprises. Reach out and we'll give you a range right away.
What if the result isn't what I imagined?
